We are seeking a proactive **Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)** to join our team. You will focus on automating front\-end (web and mobile apps) and back\-end APIs/Go microservices, ensuring the delivery of high\-quality software through robust test automation solutions. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Partner with product and engineering teams to review system requirements and ensure automation\-driven feature development * Contribute to and enhance existing automation frameworks and test scripts while driving necessary changes * Implement and promote proven automation tools, techniques, and strategies for various project requirements * Maintain and improve automated test coverage across front\-end and back\-end systems through CI/CD pipelines * Empower developer teams with tools and resources that enhance quality from feature design to implementation * Establish efficient feedback loops for quality assurance across all stages of development * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement quality practices and meet customer expectations * Stay current with the latest trends in tools, technologies, and testing methodologies * Lead evaluations and discussions on testing processes within the internal quality community **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience * A minimum of 3\+ years of SDET or similar development experience * Experience writing, improving, and debugging automated tests for both front\-end and back\-end systems * Hands\-on experience with automation test frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript, GoLang, or Python * Familiarity with tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs and experience with cross\-browser testing of web and mobile applications * Hands\-on experience with Git and thorough understanding of Git workflows * Competency in Kubernetes management and relational databases such as PostgreSQL * Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including functional, performance, black\-box, and white\-box testing * Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and tools * Solid software development skills, including proficiency in debugging and applying methodologies such as unit testing, mocking, and algorithm optimization * Passion for continuous learning and ability to effectively share technical insights * Proven ability to work independently within a team environment * Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher) **Nice to have** * Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc. * Background in the healthcare domain **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
