DESCRIPTION * Proactively support users of the **GROUP** at Level 2, in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Ensure services are delivered within defined timeframes. * Maintain effective communication, positive working relationships, and contribute constructively to the team. * Organize your work plan according to the **GROUP**’s needs. * Responsible for supporting the entire Next Generation IPS and Next Generation Firewall platform, handling incidents, managing and administering alerts in monitoring tools, and addressing related requirements. REQUIREMENTS Technical, technological, or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Networking knowledge * One (1) year of general work experience. * Required Certifications: * AWS Cloud Practitioner * Palo Alto Networks Certified Next-Generation Firewall Engineer. * Desirable Certifications: * CCNA
