If you are interested in reviewing available positions to connect professionally with Comfama, we recommend visiting our website www.comfama.com, option "Work with us". **Job Functions:** An important company in the nautical sector located in eastern Antioquia requires, for its work team and/or operations, a naval technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in engine repair and naval mechanics. **Minimum Education Level:** Technical or technological degree in naval mechanics, engines, or related fields. **Job Responsibilities:** **Diagnosis and Repair:** Responsible for identifying faults and solving mechanical and electrical problems in boat engines. **Maintenance:** Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, including periodic inspections (10 and 100 hours) to ensure proper engine operation. **Installation and Assembly:** Installs new engines on boats and also handles disassembling them when necessary. **Operational Testing:** Operates boats on water to conduct performance tests and verify correct engine functionality. **Customer Service and On-Site Support:** Receives customers at the workshop or travels to the boat's location to provide on-site service, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Professional and/or Personal Competencies:** Responsibility, punctuality, assertive communication, teamwork, achievement orientation, proactivity, decision-making, and agility. **Knowledge or Specific Requirements:** Proficiency in office tools and software handling. **Type of Contract:** Fixed-term, 6 months renewable. **Salary:** Base $1.895.000 + 200.000 transportation allowance + Sunday and holiday surcharges. **Working Hours:** 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, rotating shifts: 8 consecutive working days followed by 3 rest days, and 7 consecutive working days followed by 3 rest days. **Work Location:** Guatapé (occasional travel availability required). **Requirements:** Experience in engine repair and naval mechanics.
