We have offices in New York and Bogota, Colombia. **About the Role** As a Sourcer of Zoe Financial's global Talent Acquisition team, you will strategically build pipelines across our most critical, high\-demand areas, including Engineering and Financial Operations. You will partner directly with Zoe's leadership and hiring managers to proactively identify, engage, and attract top\-tier talent in the FinTech space. So you will be surrounded by the ‘Navy Seals' of their craft that will push you to improve * Are a technologically and data\-driven business. * Offer competitive salaries, commission and equity. * Are at the forefront of tech \& finance, redefining personal finance. * Believe in autonomy \& take the initiative. **Responsibilities** * Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with recruiters and Hiring Managers (HMs) to define the Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP) and develop highly segmented sourcing plans for critical technical roles (FE, BE, QA). * Pipeline Construction \& Nurturing: Proactively build and maintain 'evergreen' talent pipelines for the company's future needs, especially for high\-demand profiles. * Multi\-Channel Sourcing: Execute advanced searches (Boolean, X\-Ray) and run strategic outreach campaigns across diverse platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord/Meetup communities) beyond LinkedIn. * Pre\-Screening \& Qualification: Being able to conduct initial candidate qualification (pre\-screening) to verify compliance with basic requirements and basic cultural fit before candidate handover to the Senior Recruiter. * Employer Branding Management: Design and send personalized outreach communications that reinforce Zoe Financial's employer brand during the initial candidate engagement stage. * ATS Optimization (Breezy): Utilize and manage the ATS (Breezy) with a focus on data accuracy for pipeline tracking and monitoring the engagement of contacted candidates. * Strategic Support: Provide targeted sourcing and talent discovery support for other strategic or hard\-to\-fill roles as required. * Support HR processes. **Qualifications** * 1\+ years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on engineering/tech/adm roles. * Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of current hiring trends. * Strong written and verbal communication in English * Experience using modern ATS tools (e.g. Breezy, Greenhouse). * Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross\-functional teams. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * High attention to detail and strong judgment in assessing candidate fit. **Benefits:** * Competitive base salary * Premium Healthcare Plan * Premium Dental Coverage * Commuting ($140\.000COP) * Gym (Smarfit Black Plan) * As an early member of our team, you'll have a rare opportunity to influence the culture of a fast\-growing company. * The Colombian team gets to travel to NYC once a year (Travel expenses paid) for our company offsite! * Visa coverage to travel to USA \#LI\-DNI
