Leadership, planning, and problem-solving with a results-oriented focus. **Project Coordinator** with a degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or related fields), and comprehensive experience in project coordination and supervision. We seek a candidate with a holistic view of the project, capable of integrating various technical disciplines—including civil works, electrical installations, finishes, carpentry, and other related areas—ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance. This is not an on-site operational role, but rather a strategic and technical position responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and comprehensively controlling project execution. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil or related fields). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management. * Knowledge of: * Civil works * Electrical installations * Finishes * Reading and interpreting blueprints * Budgeting and cost control * Leadership and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. * Ability to supervise contractors and work teams. * Proficiency in office software and design or management software (preferred). Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor the comprehensive execution of projects. * Supervise technical and quality compliance at each stage. * Control timelines, costs, and resources. * Serve as liaison between production, site operations, and management. * Ensure final delivery conforms to specifications.
