Application administration and help desk support. **Job Summary** Perform all primary-level technology support activities to ensure the proper operation of technological infrastructure equipment. **Main Responsibilities** Install necessary hardware and software at the infrastructure level for operations across all branches and organizational sites. Timely respond to requests assigned via the help desk according to established schedules. Administer various applications required for company operations by assigning users, passwords, permissions, and providing corresponding support. Conduct testing of new updates for different applications, implementations, and organizational projects. Maintain optimal functionality of company user email accounts and monitor their appropriate usage. Carry out checklist-based readiness actions to ensure quality in hardware implementation throughout the organization. Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance of hardware and software for organizational infrastructure equipment at all service locations according to the assigned schedule.
