Requirements: Technical degree in Networks or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in fiber optic splicing activities. Knowledge of network routing, FTTH topologies, and blueprint reading. Proficiency with splicing equipment (fusion splicer, OTDR, traffic meter, power meter, among others). Valid Advanced-Level or Refresher Course in Work at Heights. TSA Coordinator-level course (when required). - Main Responsibilities: Perform fiber optic cable splices and connectorizations. Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber optic networks. Interpret blueprints and maps to deploy FTTH networks, connect subscribers, perform splices in distribution boxes, and conduct measurements. Cable ducts, perform installations, inspect service drops, and connect equipment as required. Prepare, gather, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment required for splicing, under established quality and safety conditions and following given instructions. Prepare and submit technical reports. We offer: Salary: Negotiable salary + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract.
