




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in administrative tasks, basic accounting, and reception management, with emphasis on reconciliations, invoicing, and file control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of basic administrative and accounting tasks. 2. Support in reception, mail handling, and visitor assistance. 3. Requires knowledge of accounting, withholding tax tables, and intermediate Excel. Administrative Duties: Purchase invoice accruals, disbursements, RC, bank reconciliations, invoicing support, general form completion, administrative procedures for tenders, client registration management, accounts receivable collection, withholding certificate collection, stationery inventory control, cleaning and cafeteria management. Physical and digital file control. Petty cash management. Reception Duties: Answering calls from the PBX telephone switchboard, receiving visitors and external guests, general correspondence handling, managing refreshments during internal company meetings and events, managing internal company equipment receipt and return. Verifying electrical disconnection, access system status, cafeteria items, and kitchen closure. General support to the Administrative and Human Resources Department as required. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Basic Accounting - PUC (Unified Chart of Accounts) and account management - Recording of Accounting Entries - Taxpayer Types - Withholding Tax Tables for Income Tax and ICA (for Purchases and Services) - Purchase Invoice Accruals - Strong Writing and Spelling Skills Skills and Competencies: - Ability to work under pressure and in teams. - Analytical and Numerical Ability - Intermediate Excel and office productivity tools (Word, Google Forms, Office) - Experience with administrative systems, preferably Siigo PYME . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Technological Program 3 years of experience Knowledge Areas: Analytical ability, Accounting administration, Accounting analysis, Bank reconciliations, Invoices, Cash handling Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, cashier, controller, bookkeeper, billing clerk, treasurer, accounting clerk, receptionist, front desk agent
