At INMOV, we are looking for a Bilingual Software Engineer (Spanish–English) with project management experience to lead digital initiatives. You will work with clients in the U.S. and Latin America on the development of digital projects, web and mobile applications, artificial intelligence solutions, and immersive experiences. You will be the main point of contact with clients, manage requirements, and coordinate with our development team (front\-end and back\-end). While programming will not be your primary responsibility, you must have sufficient technical knowledge to understand platforms and provide support when necessary. Responsibilities Lead and manage software projects from start to finish. Communicate with clients and translate their needs into technical tasks. Coordinate and supervise the development team (front\-end and back\-end). Provide technical guidance and support as needed. Requirements Advanced English C1 level (certificate required). More than 5 years of experience in software engineering and project management. Solid knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and APIs. Bonus: experience in AI/ML, Salesforce, Netsuite, Odoo, or QuickBooks. Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused profile. We offer Full-time, long-term contract.
