We are looking for an **Electromechanical Maintenance Assistant** to support the Maintenance Supervisor in the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery. This will be a key role in ensuring operational continuity, equipment efficiency, and plant safety. Requirements: * Technical or technological degree in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electricity, or related fields (preferably SENA). * Minimum of **6 months** experience in industrial maintenance areas (certified university internships accepted). * Basic knowledge in: * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Industrial electricity and mechanics. * Use of diagnostic tools and equipment. * Availability for rotating shifts (if applicable). Main Responsibilities * Assist in implementing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for production machinery. * Perform routine inspections on equipment to detect failures or wear. * Collaborate in repairs, adjustments, and improvements of machinery. * Keep tools, equipment, and work area organized. * Report incidents and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in assigned tasks.
