





**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for providing specialized technical support in the area and Services * Follow-up on the introduction of new equipment and instruments * Maintain contact with other areas for problem resolution * Responsible for performing non-routine product testing * Organize and maintain the technical documentation and test accessories archive * Track repairs through the computerized system * Update the repair tracking system * Perform other activities requested by the immediate supervisor. * Responsible for preparing reports and manuals, and analyzing procedures * Conduct equipment and process training for internal and external clients * Analyze tools and equipment for proper service management * Support the Projects team. **SPECIFICATIONS** * 4 to 5 years of experience * Technician, technologist or professional in fields such as Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil or related areas.
