**CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Operator and Welder** – Fabrication of Parts for Gym Equipment \- Gym Solutions S.A.S. At **Gym Solutions S.A.S.**, we are seeking a **CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Operator and Welder** with extensive experience in the metalworking industry. The candidate will be responsible for the **fabrication, fitting, and repair of metal parts and structures used in gym equipment**, ensuring quality, strength, and precision. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate conventional lathe and milling machines for machining parts. * Perform basic welding and possess knowledge of components made from steel, stainless steel, and iron. * Carry out cutting, bending, drilling, and polishing of metal parts. * Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and dimensional tolerances. * Fabricate and fit precision parts for gym machinery and spare components. * Use workshop tools for assembly and repair of structures. * Comply with industrial safety standards and good manufacturing practices. **Minimum Requirements** Experience: minimum 3 verifiable years operating lathes, milling machines, and performing welding. Technical knowledge in: * Operation of conventional lathe and milling machines. * MIG and TIG welding. * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, squares, gauges, protractors. * Use of hand and power tools: grinders, bench and handheld drills, cutters, polishers, presses, saws, files, extractors, rivet guns, bending machines. * Metal structure cutting and assembly processes. **Personal Competencies:** attention to detail, responsibility, discipline, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience fabricating metal structures and parts for gym equipment or industrial machinery. * Knowledge of painting, surface finishes, and metallic coatings. * Proactive problem-solving skills and contributions toward improving production processes. **We Offer** Direct employment contract with all statutory benefits.
