A company dedicated to horizontal property management requires **male** staff for the position of **Temporary General Services Assistant** in a residential complex, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the following duties: \-General cleaning \-Maintenance of common and green areas \-Waste handling \-Cleaning and disinfection of garbage chutes. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 42 legal working hours per week Work location: Residential projects in Chía, Cundinamarca Salary: Minimum wage plus statutory benefits Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract, directly with the company Payments: Monthly, on the last business day of each month Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
