Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer proficient in IBM ACE, MQ, and Spring Boot to lead microservice migrations, participating in analysis, design, development, and deployment in cloud environments. We are currently seeking a **Java Developer** with solid expertise in **IBM ACE, MQ, and Java Spring Boot development**, to lead **microservice migration processes** toward clean architectures. The candidate will participate in a technological transformation project, executing end-to-end analysis, design, development, and deployment of services in cloud environments. **Responsibilities** * Analyze existing artifacts in IBM ACE, classifying flows, contracts, libraries, and schemas. * Interpret business logic written in ESQL and translate it into equivalent Java-based solutions. * Design and implement microservices under hexagonal architecture with Spring Boot. * Develop domain components, adapters, and entry points (MQ listeners and reactive handlers). * Ensure functional parity between migrated systems and original ACE functionality. * Execute automated testing using tools such as Karate and JMeter. * Manage code versioning in Git and configure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. * Monitor and stabilize services deployed in Kubernetes clusters. **Requirements** * More than 5 years of experience in integration systems, preferably in banking or fintech. * Proven experience with IBM ACE and IBM MQ (including MQMD handling and message correlation). * Backend development experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot (WebFlux, Project Reactor). * Solid understanding of Clean Architecture. * Experience working with Kubernetes (YAML manifests, ConfigMaps, Secrets, deployments). * Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, variable groups, releases). * Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as kubectl and k9s. * Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, traces, Grafana). * Experience in cloud environments (AWS: EKS, ECR, EC2, Secrets Manager). **We Offer** Competitive salary.
