Employment Opportunity – TBM\-AVN Operator (Microtunneling Works) We are currently seeking an experienced TBM\-AVN Operator to join our team for upcoming microtunneling works. Position: TBM\-AVN Operator Location: Morocco Type: Full\-time / Project\-based Responsibilities: \* Operate and monitor AVN Microtunneling Boring Machines (TBM) safely and efficiently during tunneling works. \* Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and operation in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. \* Carry out daily inspection, maintenance checks, and minor troubleshooting of TBM systems (hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical). \* Collaborate closely with site engineers, surveyors, and support crews to maintain productivity and alignment. \* Maintain accurate daily logs of machine performance, advance rates, and encountered ground conditions. \* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times. Requirements: \* Minimum 10 years of proven experience operating AVN microtunneling machines (Herrenknecht AVN or equivalent). \* Strong technical knowledge of slurry systems, guidance systems, pumps, and jacking stations. \* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational or mechanical issues quickly and effectively. \* Previous experience working in microtunneling projects under various soil conditions (sand, silt, clay, rock). \* Familiarity with pipe jacking techniques and shaft works. \* Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. \* Ability to work in a multinational, team\-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: \* Certification or training in TBM operation, mechanical/hydraulic systems, or tunneling equipment. \* Experience on large\-scale infrastructure or utility projects. \* Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
