**PURPOSE** ------------- Contribute to the security and protection of assets, operations, and personnel to ensure continuity and sustainability of processes through the implementation of strategies, policies, and physical security schemes with **emphasis on electronic security**, adopting a proactive approach based on risk management, operational efficiency, and productivity. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** --------------------------- * Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * English level B1\-B2 * Experience: 5 years in similar roles involving security systems processes. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------- * Methodologies for Risk Assessment, Identification, Analysis, and Treatment. * Security systems: electronic (CCTV systems \- video surveillance and access control). * Knowledge of BASC and OEA * Numerical and financial analysis. * Practical knowledge and use of office software tools and Google Workspace. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- **Security and risk management:** * Manage and assess security risks and protection needs (facilities, operations, and personnel), monitoring and adjusting risk schemes according to the Group's internal risk management methodology and protocols. * Manage components and suppliers of security systems. * Proactively and comprehensively address customer needs, aiming to optimize processes and continuously adapt the security service to their context. * Develop an active relationship with authorities in each business operating area. * Respond to requests for support from Business units and their personnel regarding security incidents. **Electronic security (Essential):** * Support the design of customized electronic security solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, etc.) and supervise their installation, configuration, and comprehensive maintenance, coordinating with suppliers for ongoing system support and updates. * Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for implementing security solutions based on business and security process requirements. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various Information Technology teams to ensure stability of electronic security systems, aiming to provide effective support through functional and secure technological solutions. **Vendor Management:** * Assist in vendor procurement processes and actively participate in evaluating these processes according to the established security framework. * Monitor performance of various security vendors (guarding, escort, monitoring, and electronic systems), providing recommendations for improvement. **Information and budget management** * **Standards Compliance and Assurance:** Actively contribute to **certification, recertification, and audits** of commercial security management systems (BASC, OEA), ensuring compliance with regulations. * **Support in Investigation and Control:** Provide technical and informational support to Audit and Legal Assistance in **investigations of improper conduct, fraud**, or incidents caused by third parties, strengthening traceability and internal control. * **Security Data Management and Analytics:** Manage and maintain the department's **data visualization tools**, ensuring timely updates of critical information (risk analyses, events, and strategic databases) for decision-making. * **Financial and Budgetary Management Control:** Lead the **budget development, monitoring, and control** of security expenses, including detailed analysis, invoice management, supplier rate control, and preparation of monthly expense reports. **COMPENSATION** ---------------- * 15\.9 annual salaries * Customizable benefits * Restaurant * Among others
