We are looking for a Superstar like you, focused on our customers and wanting to have the best day, every day ...**Role Purpose:** You will be responsible for operations at an assigned sales point, ensuring compliance with the following tasks. A rotation of sales points will occur annually.**Main Responsibilities:*** Commercial management: Design, implement and monitor commercial initiatives aligned with channel objectives, fulfilling the work plan, targets and budget assigned to the sales point. * Customer service and sales: Prioritize in-person service, identify customer needs, offer DHL's complete portfolio (Customs Agency, insurance, TDX, etc.) and perform cascade selling. * Reporting and follow-up: Present results only in the standard template, consolidate and send daily and weekly reports to the supervisor, and support execution of channel campaigns and leaflet distribution. * Sales point operation: Ensure opening and closing within established hours, comply with security protocols, reception, custody and delivery of shipments, as well as traceability and return of goods according to Undels policy. * Documentation and systems: Correctly complete waybills and checkpoints, keep the RIT system updated versus physical inventory, and have standard documents and formats available in case of contingencies. * Administration and organization: Ensure availability of supplies, maintain the sales point clean and aligned with corporate image, respond to emails related to your management, and report location or technical updates. * Financial management: Manage petty cash, ensure daily submission of transactions and cash to Finance, comply with cash handling policies, and be accountable for cash counts, surpluses or shortages. * Regulatory and brand compliance: Do not create advertising materials without approval from the marketing department and ensure compliance with all corporate operational, financial and commercial policies. * Education: Professional in fields related to the business. Additionally, must have basic Office courses and customer service training.
