The position requires mastery of commercial and corporate processes, including registrations with the Chamber of Commerce, statutory amendments and preparation of minutes, as well as knowledge of taxes, payroll and compliance with tax and fiscal obligations (income tax, industry and commerce tax, external reporting, among others).
