To achieve this, this position will play a strategic role in finance, focused on end-to-end management of the Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) cycle. Your mission is to minimize credit risk and optimize liquidity by maintaining appropriate Accounts Receivable and efficiently managing collections to meet DSO targets. Responsibilities include credit risk analysis (EPS/industrial customers), accurate posting of payments in the ERP system, periodic balance reconciliations with institutional customers, responding to audits (internal/external/internal control), and providing projected collection data to Treasury for cash flow planning. This could be your opportunity to develop and grow in a strategic role as part of a high-impact team! **What will your key responsibilities be?** * Portfolio and Collections Management: Monitor collections to meet DSO targets. * Reconciliation: Schedule and conduct periodic reconciliation meetings with customers, ensuring internal and legal compliance. * Balance Standardization: Update and standardize portfolio balances using information obtained from reconciliations and collection activities. * Payment Analysis and Application: Reconcile payment documents, submit requests to BSC for accurate invoice-by-invoice posting in the ERP system, and minimize the use of bridge accounts. * Credit Risk Analysis: Assess customer credit risk annually or upon new contracts/renewals. * Treasury Support: Contribute to cash flow forecasting by providing collection and receivables data. * Reporting: Generate monthly portfolio reports (collection and payment management) and prepare performance presentations for management. * Accounting Management: Prepare reports for issuing credit/debit notes due to adjustments, billing disputes, or accounting entries. **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- * Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in portfolio and/or credit management, preferably in the healthcare sector (managing portfolios with EPS). * Experience analyzing customer current accounts, evaluating and managing credit, and conducting credit risk assessments. * Experience using accounting systems/ERP for portfolio management. * Participation in portfolio reconciliation meetings with large customers or institutions (such as EPS), including negotiation experience. * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling (macros, pivot tables, advanced functions). * Knowledge and experience with credit risk modeling tools and financial indicators. * Experience in data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations. * Understanding of foreign exchange regulations, taxes, and accounting laws. * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Experience managing relationships with customers and suppliers such as IPS and other entities. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. * Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. * Work location: Torre Samsung, Cra. 7\# 113\-43, 9th Floor, Office 902. \#LI\-BV1 **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
