




A BPO company specialized in collections management and customer service is seeking a committed, analytical, and highly service-oriented **Portfolio and PQR Analyst** to support customer account handling, monitoring, and follow-up processes. The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and timely management of customer requests, improving client satisfaction and meeting operational performance indicators. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze, record, and provide timely responses to Requests, Complaints, and Claims (PQRs). * Manage and monitor assigned portfolios, ensuring timely recovery. * Prepare performance reports and portfolio indicator analysis. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex or recurring cases. * Support continuous improvement of administrative and service processes. * Ensure compliance with established policies, response times, and service levels. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical, technological, or professional degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in roles related to portfolio management, PQRs, or customer service. * **Knowledge:** * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience handling databases and generating reports. * Basic understanding of PQR regulations. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, organizational ability, information analysis, teamwork, and customer focus. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and a collaborative work environment. * Training and professional development opportunities. * Participation in employee wellness programs. **Work Mode:** On-site * **Salary:** * $1,423,500 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday – 44 hours per week Position Type: Full-time
