Ready to create together?** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITY** Contribute and support the operational risk admission process for reviewing and analyzing initiatives related to new products, channels and services, outsourcing, process transformations, among others, prior to their implementation or launch to customers. **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** Final semester student or graduate in economics or related fields, industrial engineering. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of two (2) years in roles related to internal control. **KNOWLEDGE AND/OR TOOLS** * Knowledge of SARO, SIAR, Basel (Basic). * Knowledge of the Group's operational risk management model (Basic). * Proficiency in Google collaborative applications (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, etc.) (Intermediate). * Experience with project management tool JIRA (Intermediate). * Experience with risk management tool MIGRO (Basic). * Knowledge and use of ARIS process structure (Intermediate). * Database handling (Intermediate). * Dashboard creation using Looker Studio (Intermediate). **SKILLS** * Good interpersonal skills and fluent communication with both team members and internal and external clients. * Task organization, planning, and prioritization. * Attitude towards continuous learning. * Empathetic listening. * Critical thinking. * Data analysis and reporting. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
