Position Summary: We are seeking a Food Technician or Food Technologist to ensure quality and regulatory compliance at a meat sausage production plant, managing traceability, GMPs, and reporting performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in food quality or food processing 2. Traceability record management and GMP compliance 3. Preparation of reports and management reports Company recognized in the meat sausage sector, with its main office in Bogotá; requires FOOD TECHNICIANS OR FOOD TECHNOLOGISTS for its team; **NOT PROFESSIONALS.** Minimum one (1) year of certified experience in a food plant as a Food Quality or Food Processing Technologist, preferably in meat sausages. Responsibilities: Manage traceability records Enforce GMPs and the occupational hygiene and safety program Enforce the preventive maintenance program Monitor staff attendance Submit reports and reports to the Production Manager, including management indicators.
