**Full Stack Developer (Backend Specialist – Web \& Mobile Apps)** **About Us** We’re a small creative agency that designs and develops web and mobile applications for startups and established brands. Our team currently includes a frontend developer, and we’re looking to add a backend\-focused full stack developer who can help us build scalable, high\-quality digital products. **Role Overview** We’re looking for a **Full Stack Developer** who specializes in **backend development** but has a solid understanding of frontend work. You’ll lead backend architecture and integrations while collaborating with our frontend developer and design team to deliver exceptional mobile and web applications. **Responsibilities** * Architect and develop backend systems for both mobile and web apps * Build and maintain APIs, databases, and integrations * Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all systems * Collaborate with the frontend team for seamless product delivery * Provide occasional frontend support when needed (React, Next.js, or similar) * Participate in technical planning and solution design discussions **Qualifications** * Strong experience with **Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies** * Proficiency in **SQL and NoSQL databases** (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase) * Experience with **API design, authentication, and third\-party integrations** * Solid understanding of **cloud infrastructure** (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) * Familiarity with **frontend frameworks** (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.) * Experience with **mobile app development** (React Native, Flutter, or similar) * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Bonus: Experience with **Superside** or similar collaboration tools **What We’re Looking For** We value developers who take ownership, think creatively, and work collaboratively.
