**Senior Python Developer** We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our team in developing and maintaining robust backend systems for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will work closely with an Agile team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of applications. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to apply critical thinking, self\-motivation, and a passion for delivering high\-quality, maintainable solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with an agile team to design, build, and optimize backend solutions. * Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices * Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. * Conduct code reviews, write tests, and ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable code. * Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and user story estimation. * Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with team members and stakeholders. Apply strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve systems. * **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. * 5\+ years of backend development experience with Python. * Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI). * Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise patterns. * Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. * Proven experience in building and maintaining production\-level applications. * Experience integrating or consuming AI services via API (e.g., ChatGPT API) from code. Hands\-on experience or strong interest in working on AI Agent systems using Python. * **Bonus Skills:** * Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure. * Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. * Familiarity with messaging services like AWS SQS. * Experience in related fields such as order management, supply chain management, or warehouse management. * Frontend development experience (e.g., React) is a plus. * Familiarity with AI frameworks or libraries such as Agno for building agentic systems.
