**Chatbot/Conversational AI Developer** We are looking for a motivated and goal\-oriented Chatbot/Conversational AI Developer to join our team. Develops intelligent virtual assistants and chatbots that can hold natural conversations, understand user intent, and provide accurate responses using NLP and LLMs. Implements omnichannel solutions for customer service, internal support, and sales. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Design and develop chatbots using platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Service Implement LLM\-based conversational agents (GPT, Claude, etc.) Train NLU models (Natural Language Understanding) Integrate chatbots with CRM, knowledge bases and APIs backend Implement sentiment analysis and emotion detection Develop voice bots and IVR systems Create analytics dashboards for conversational metrics Implement multi\-language support ### **Requirements:** Experience with Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex, Rasa In\-depth knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex for LLM applications OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or models open\-source Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers) Experience with Python/Node.js and REST APIs y webhooks Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG Speech\-to\-Text y Text\-to\-Speech APIs ### **Important** Applies to individuals located in Latin America 100% Remote Remuneration in dollars Stability and growth opportunities If you’re ready to **turn data into game\-changing insights,** we want to hear from you!
