Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: * Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices * Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices * Work within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelines * Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership * Contribute ideas for process improvement * Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service * Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of collections process * Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements **QUALIFICATIONS** Required: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Minimum 1 year of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience Preferred: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs * Effective and flexible communication skills * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions * Ability to work in fast\-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment * Values a diverse and inclusive work environment Protect Yourself from Fraud: At C.H.
