That's Sharing Expertise. **Job Description:** **Planning Analyst Shared Service SCM****Objectives / Functions / Responsibilities:**Reports to the Team Leader of the Shared Service located in Colombia. * It is your mission to provide up-to-date and reliable information to subsidiaries and suppliers regarding supply status, potential delays, and urgent situations. * Provide consistent and accurate visibility on delivery dates, ensuring just\-in\-time material arrivals at various subsidiaries, minimizing delays and potential stockouts in local organizations. * Continuous monitoring of delivery dates and supplier follow-ups on claims * Responsible for the management, integrity, and updating of Master Data in SAP according to corporate guidelines, as well as activation and deactivation of products based on portfolio changes. * Ensure and maintain Master Data for inventory replenishment according to needs and delivery lead times * Responsible for communicating bottlenecks to the various subsidiaries and, if applicable, managing allocated stock for the region * Handle incidents reported by subsidiaries related to delivery dates, bottlenecks, master data, role assignments in SAP, and other issues that may arise * Support the development and maintenance of reports on master data, back orders, delivery dates, and others as assigned * Support inventory level monitoring and take actions to prevent stockouts or overstocking * Collaborate and support the Spain team in implementing the service center in the region * Ensure your own safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your professional activities. * Comply with prevention and environmental regulations related to your work, as well as general site rules. * Report any anomalies or deficiencies affecting health and safety of yourself or others to your supervisor or the prevention department.
