As a **Customer Support Representative**, you’ll be the friendly and informed voice behind every interaction, helping sponsors and beneficiaries stay connected and supported. Key Responsibilities: * Communicate with sponsors and partners via phone, email, and chat. * Answer questions about the sponsorship program, donation process, and general inquiries. * Provide timely and thoughtful support that reflects your commitment to every person. * Collaborate with other teams (local and international) to ensure accurate follow\-up and resolution of cases. * Manage and update information across digital platforms and databases. Qualifications: * 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social outreach, or relevant roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Spanish. * Empathy, patience, and active listening are essential. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a detail\-oriented environment. * Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms.
