Resumen de perfil de puesto The Solutions Consultant Advanced is a hybrid business strategist and technical expert, responsible for bridging client objectives with the capabilities of Genesys Cloud CX. This role partners with customers to design, demonstrate, and deliver end\-to\-end experience orchestration strategies that combine innovation, data, and empathy to elevate customer engagement. Key Responsibilities* Consultative Leadership: Engage executives and CX leaders to uncover business challenges and translate them into digital experience strategies powered by Genesys Cloud CX. * Solution Design \& Architecture: Architect scalable, secure, and integrated CCaaS solutions that unify voice, chat, digital, and AI interactions. * Technical Enablement: Develop proof\-of\-concepts (POCs), technical designs, and integration blueprints (APIs, CRM, AI, analytics). * Pre\-Sales Support: Collaborate with account teams to craft compelling value propositions and deliver persuasive product demonstrations. * Thought Leadership: Evangelize Genesys’ experience orchestration vision across the region, promoting innovation and best practices in CX. Profile Summary* Experience: 5\+ years in pre\-sales, CX consulting, or solution architecture within CCaaS or related SaaS platforms. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. * Certifications (Preferred): Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional, AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, or Design Thinking. * Languages: Fluent in Spanish; professional\-level English. * Region: Latin America – ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures. Key Attributes* Consultative mindset with strong executive presence. * Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business value. * Strong collaboration skills and customer\-centric approach. * Passion for innovation and continuous learning. * Capable of leading transformation discussions from Contact Center modernization to Experience Orchestration. Activities include: * Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the organization's products and services; * Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support; * Providing pre\-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products, applications, services, and solutions; * Identifying, developing, and customizing applications/systems architecture or process designs for integration of customer's very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture; * Identifying areas for improvement in customer processes and effectively prescribing solutions; * Supporting sales teams during the project/solution contracting phase.
