




At **Importadora Casa Colombia S.A.S.**, we are looking to add an organized, detail-oriented individual with knowledge in management systems to join our team and directly support the **Administrative and HSE Management** in administrative and assistance tasks. **Requirements:** Technical or technological degree in administrative areas, OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), or Integrated Management Systems. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar administrative assistant roles. Intermediate level in Excel and office software tools. Main Responsibilities: * Carry out, under the manager's direction, agenda preparation and meeting logistics (invitations, room setup, equipment, refreshments, and support materials). * Centralize requests related to computer equipment, office tools, stationery, and equipment handover records. * Manage and reconcile the **petty cash fund**, disbursing funds only as authorized by the manager. * Prepare and safeguard meeting minutes and ensure their distribution. * Follow up on commitments established during meetings and report progress. * Develop formats, reports, and administrative presentations. * Support the organization of documentation and processes according to management system guidelines. * Provide support in ERP implementation projects. * Perform administrative support tasks directly assisting the Administrative and HSE Management. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract (job stability). * Base salary: $1,800,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Position type: Full-time Application Questions: * Do you have knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015? * What functions did you perform related to ISO 9001:2015? * Do you have knowledge of integrated management systems? * Have you previously managed petty cash in your past jobs? * Do you have experience preparing minutes, forms, and reports?
