Prepare a wide variety of products, execution and food production following traditional and modern recipes 2\. Prepare pastry items according to guest orders with consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production standards, portioning and presentation; complete station setup and preparation for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service. 3\.
