Responsible for maintaining the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring sustained recurring revenue and its growth through the required sales funnel according to the assigned sales quota. **Role-related Functions:** * Manage relationships with indirect channel commercial agents having a characterized customer base in the Enterprise Division; responsible for client relationships assigned to them, always seeking to build trust and long-term business partnerships. * Responsible for engaging with all organizational levels. * Manage Telefónica’s image among their assigned customers, ensuring the company's values and vision are correctly perceived. * Present commercial proposals. * Support assigned agents within their area of responsibility in gathering information, understanding customer needs, leading proposal development and delivery, leading justification processes, and ensuring fulfillment of expectations regarding their assigned customers. * Manage New Sales, responsible for achieving assigned sales budgets for both fixed and mobile products. * Maintain a sales funnel aligned with established targets. Collaborate with Marketing to design communication and relationship strategies that generate new sales within their assigned portfolio. * Manage Commercial Processes. * Lead and comprehensively manage all internal organizational processes necessary to formalize closed deals with customers, including purchase orders, contracts, and service initiation records. * Continuously learn and stay updated on the company’s product and service portfolio, ensuring proposal quality and effectiveness. * Perform administrative duties inherent to the role, enabling Commercial Agent Management to obtain overall business information for decision-making, strategy definition, and policy setting. * Create, maintain, and update account plans for their assigned customers, along with all required information for managing these accounts within the company's information systems. * Foster synergy and team leadership among groups involved in their projects to achieve optimal results. * Ensure training processes on convergent products from the Enterprise Division (fixed-mobile) for the sales teams of each agent assigned to their zone. Manage and lead databases assigned to their agents, including control and periodic submission of required reports to maintain visibility over the management of the assigned zone * **Essential Requirements:*** Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or commercial roles, preferably in telecommunications companies and/or technology integrators. * Experience and/or knowledge in the B2B segment. * Knowledge of the telecommunications market. * Expertise in consultative selling and account planning management. * Knowledge of fixed, mobile, and convergent technological services. * Understanding of ICT integration solutions.
