This role supports global teams—particularly technical and engineering groups—by implementing scalable people programs that enhance engagement, performance, and growth. As an HR Generalist, you will partner closely with managers and leaders to ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning \& development, and employee relations.
