**Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and evolution of the company's digital projects, guaranteeing technological stability, innovation in solution development, and leadership in managing internal and external teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor the NicoChat project (Node.js, TypeScript, integration with GPT). * Manage and monitor the company's VPS server, ensuring security and service continuity. * Coordinate the creation and configuration of corporate email accounts and administration of Google Workspace. * Lead and supervise assigned teams on internal and external projects. * Perform maintenance, support, and improvements on websites developed with WordPress, Shopify, and custom code. * Estimate and project timelines for new developments, ensuring deadlines and quality. * Develop automated projects using MAKE, N8N, and OpenAI. **Academic Requirements** * Professional or technologist in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields. * Desirable additional training in project management, VPS servers, or cloud environments. **Experience** * Minimum of 3 years in similar roles (technical support, web development, and digital project management). **Technical Skills** * VPS server administration (Linux/Ubuntu). * Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks. * Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console). * Development experience with WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. * Use of Git/GitHub for version control. * Knowledge of applied AI (GPT or other models). **Soft Skills** * Leadership and team coordination ability. * Effective and assertive communication. * Organization, planning, and task prioritization. * Problem-solving and adaptability. * Strategic vision and results orientation. **Languages** * Spanish. * Intermediate English (desirable). **Reports to:** General Manager **Direct Reports:** 2 **Working Conditions** * On-site work mode from Monday to Friday. * We are pet-friendly. * Wellness and personal growth activities. * Real opportunities for professional growth. * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary negotiable according to experience.
