The ideal candidate will be responsible for working the intake process for our organization, ensuring that all clients are thoroughly screened and processed in a timely and efficient manner. The Personal Injury Hub is a growing Marketing Consultant Firm in Miami, FL. Our goal is to connect our community with the best attorneys and medical centers in the country, that would legally represent a client after an accident. We are not a Law firm; however, we work closely with them. \*\*Duties:\*\* \- Conduct thorough intake interviews with clients, gathering all relevant information and documentation to facilitate the legal process. \- Review and verify client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. \- Review and analyze documents, such as police reports, and other relevant materials. \- Assist in the preparation of documents. \- Conduct research to gather additional information necessary for the client. \- Manage data entry, maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date records for clients. \- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless communication and case management. \- Apply strong project management skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. \- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. \*\*Skills:\*\* \- Excellent interviewing and communication skills in English and Spanish. \- Proficiency in administrative tasks. \- Ability to review and analyze documents effectively. \- Strong writing skills in English and Spanish for preparing documents. \- Experience in research and data entry. \- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. \- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
