




**About the Role** We are looking for a professional, detail\-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our freight forwarding team. The CSR will serve as the main point of contact for customers and carriers — handling phone calls, emails, and providing exceptional service on every interaction. This role involves a mix of administrative and operational tasks, including shipment coordination, data entry, and billing. The ideal candidate is organized, has a clear and professional phone manner, and thrives in a fast\-paced logistics environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers, carriers, and partners. 2\. Manage and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely communication and updates. 3\. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers. 4\. Prepare, review, and issue customer and carrier invoices accurately and on time. 5\. Enter and maintain shipment data, including bills of lading, manifests, and delivery receipts. 6\. Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth freight operations. 7\. Support cross\-docking activities and help maintain accurate shipment documentation. 8\. Resolve billing or operational issues in a professional and timely manner. 9\. Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support daily operations **Requirements** · Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional phone voice. · Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation preferred. · Detail\-oriented and organized with good multitasking skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). · Reliable, team\-oriented, and able to work independently.
