




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide daily support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of tasks to be carried out. Make and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages; coordinate and schedule meetings and events. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations; file and organize and maintain a database; manage office supply requests, inventories, suppliers; perform basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, ability to handle confidential information, attention to detail and ability to multitask, proactive attitude and service orientation.
