




Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented, and with at least one year of proven experience in the [TDT / B2B / B2C / TV] channel. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing business opportunities, maintaining solid client relationships, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire sales process. Must have availability to travel and serve clients both in Bogotá and other cities. (Motorcycle license preferred) Responsibilities: * Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, follow-up, closing, and after-sales. * Attend assigned clients from our database, as well as identify and contact new potential clients (telesales, visits, networking). * Effectively advise clients on our products. * Present new products to clients. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Record and report daily activities. * Keep CRM updated. Requirements: * Minimum of one year of experience in any of the following channels: TDT / B2B / B2C / TV. * Completed high school, plus courses in customer service, sales techniques, or related fields. * Soft skills such as communication, empathy, resilience, persuasion, and teamwork. * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to travel outside the city. * Results-oriented. * Basic knowledge of Excel.
