We are seeking a professional to help us manage data, reporting and analysis, shipping, customer interaction, business partnership, and management of people, resources, budget, and projects. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of regulatory compliance procedures. * Request, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing routine data entry into one or more systems. * Plan, manage, and review production operations to achieve production and quality targets. * Perform administrative or clerical tasks in support of the shipment execution process, completing tasks using standard industry procedures. * Handle complex user support, administrative, technical, or customer service issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. * Other duties as assigned \#LI\-Onsite \- \#LI\-RC2 **Qualifications** ------------------ * **Minimum** + Completed or advanced studies in related fields + Intermediate Excel skills + Minimum of two years of experience in logistics processes + Proficiency in Office software + Experience in warehouses and storage facilities + Handling and servicing external customer processes **Preferred** + Database management
