We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Considering your stage of development, perform relatively routine tasks using basic knowledge of principles and practices within your professional discipline acquired through extensive academic preparation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make routine decisions based on precedent or in accordance with clearly defined procedures, which will be reviewed and approved by a more senior discipline member. * Work under supervision and technical guidance with regular daily interaction with the supervisor, performing duties that are typically assigned on a weekly basis. Work is reviewed daily or weekly to verify accuracy and compliance with prescribed procedures. * Generally does not have people assigned directly or indirectly and does not assign work to others. * Maintain constant and effective communication with the team to inform and persuade on complex matters and issues through preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as collaborating with stakeholders and discipline management. * Competently and efficiently use specialized design, analysis, and modeling tools and interdisciplinary data-driven methods as required. * Build appropriate, constructive, and effective relationships across the organization; use diplomacy and tact, be approachable, communicate clearly, precisely, and coherently both verbally and in writing. Apply active listening principles and encourage feedback from and to others. * Work within a team with visibility to high-level stakeholders, able to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, capable of prioritizing workloads and helping other team members achieve their goals. * Achieve established results independently and collectively, meeting defined deadlines. * Strive to achieve ambitious goals, demonstrating enthusiasm, persistence, and tenacity. * Break down and prioritize work into executable tasks. * Take responsibility for produced work and ensure it is "right first time." * Adapt to learning and implementing new concepts of increasing complexity. * Examine problems carefully and thoroughly, understand interdependencies, and propose solutions. **What You'll Bring?** **Software, Processes, and Tools:** * Maximum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles and a basic understanding of regulations, codes, design and manufacturing standards, and standard industry practices. * Experience in performing conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for industry projects (Oil \& Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, among others). * Essential to have English level B2 or C1\.
