At NGDS, we are seeking a HubSpot Specialist to lead the implementation, integration, and strategic use of this platform within our digital transformation. **Your purpose in this role** Lead the configuration, management, and integration of HubSpot as the central data and automation platform for marketing, sales, and customer service, contributing to building a new digital platform at NGDS and ensuring efficiency and traceability of digital processes. **Main responsibilities** * Configure and manage HubSpot as the central data platform * Implement automation workflows for marketing, sales, and customer service * Ensure data structure, quality, and continuous database maintenance * Coordinate API integrations with development and analytics teams * Create dashboards and reports for digital performance tracking * Train users, document processes, and manage internal adoption * Propose continuous improvements based on insights, benchmarking, and best practices **What NGDS offers you** * Location: Bogotá D.C., with availability to visit clients in other cities (hybrid model) * Salary: Competitive and aligned with your experience in automation platforms * Contract type: Project-based or labor contract * Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Digital Communication, or related fields Postgraduate degree desirable in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics HubSpot certifications: Inbound, CRM, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub (desirable) **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years managing and implementing HubSpot in digital environments Experience in sectors such as digital transformation, technology, retail, or services **Technical skills:** * HubSpot platform (administration, workflows, reporting, CRM) * Integrations via APIs, Zapier, automation tools, and Google Analytics * BI and data visualization (desirable) * Collaborative tools: Google Workspace * Advanced Excel and structured process documentation **Success indicators** * HubSpot configured and integrated into the new digital platform * Active and operational workflows in marketing, sales, and service * Monthly digital performance reports delivered * Structured, up-to-date, and clean database * User manuals and training sessions completed for key users
