We are currently seeking an INDUSTRIAL TECHNICAL ADVISOR who meets the following requirements: 1\. Engineering, professionals, technologists, or technicians in administrative, industrial, commercial, or related fields. 2\. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales of tangible products, preferably in the industrial – metalmechanical sector. 3\. Proficient in office software applications. 4\. Excellent report writing skills and strong assertive communication. 5\. Outstanding personal presentation. 6\. Willingness to travel. 7\. Must reside in the southern part of the city. Responsibilities: 1\. Opening new markets. 2\. Creating and maintaining customer and/or supplier databases. 3\. Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. 4\. Generating progress reports and driving continuous improvement in processes. 5\. Meeting sales targets. 6\. Meeting administrative and commercial performance indicators. 7\. Monitoring and managing warranties and customer inquiries (PQRS) related to assigned commercial processes. 8\. Providing excellent service to internal and external customers. 9\. Coordinating the preparation, delivery, approval, and follow-up of client proposals, as well as post-sale follow-up. Salary: Base salary of $1,500,000 monthly + guaranteed $300,000 monthly for 2 months + 2% commission with no sales ceiling + social benefits.
