We are looking for a **Professional in Systems Engineering** or electronics in the city of **Cúcuta**, with at least **2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, customer service orientation and** commercial skills to identify needs and propose technological solutions, **managing long-term relationships** with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: * Experience in administration of **Linux, Windows servers, Active Directory** and **IT infrastructure monitoring**. * Experience in **networking, cloud services and IT security**. * Proficiency in **G Suite (Google Workspace)** and **Microsoft 365**. * Configuration and management of **Fortinet and Check Point firewalls** (VPNs, rules, monitoring). * **LAN and WiFi networks**: segmentation, IP addressing and device configuration. * Knowledge in Oracle and/or SQL Server database management. * Knowledge in **DNS services** and content publishing on public servers. * Management of **cloud-based collaborative accounts and services**. **We offer:** Direct company contract Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm Model: Work from home with client visits as needed Salary: 2.000.000 to 2.500.000 + productivity and performance bonus Position type: Full-time Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (desirable)
