




**Job Description:** A mechanical technical intern or technologist is required to support equipment maintenance management on construction sites. Your purpose will be to ensure **availability, safety, and optimal performance** of machinery by performing preventive and corrective maintenance in the field, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance with established quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on construction equipment (generators, light towers, and water pumps), following technical guidelines and established protocols. * Carry out corrective maintenance in the field, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, or operational failures. * Conduct pre-operational inspections to verify the general condition of machinery and tools before use. * Record and report technical conditions and updates using established forms, ensuring traceability and control. * Manage the proper use of spare parts, supplies, and tools required for maintenance and repairs. * Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule activities, prioritizing site requirements. * Comply with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations during all interventions. * Support training of operational staff in the correct and safe use of equipment. **Requirements:** * Enrolled in a **technical or technological program in Mechanical Engineering** (productive stage/internship). * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for light construction machinery. * Skills in diagnosing and performing basic repairs for mechanical and electrical faults. * Teamwork ability, responsibility, and commitment to safety. **We Offer:** * Internship contract. * Financial assistance according to current regulations. * Learning opportunity in real-field environments with actual equipment and processes. * Practical training in industrial safety standards and machinery operation.
