We are seeking a Product Owner specialized in Data \& Finance, with solid understanding of accounting, financial models, and information systems, capable of connecting business and technology areas to transform data into strategic decisions. This role will be key in the evolution of the regional SuperApp, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across all financial processes. **Job Objective:** The Data \& Finance Product Owner will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the Data \& Finance track roadmap, ensuring that developed solutions generate tangible value for the organization. The role will play a crucial part in information governance, financial process efficiency, and leveraging data for strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog focused on data and finance. * Business Requirements: Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements related to data models, financial reports, and accounting processes. * Data\-Finance Solution Design: Define how financial data should be integrated into systems, dashboards, and regulatory reports. * Business–Technology Interface: Translate financial needs into technical specifications for the development team. * Strategic Roadmap: Align product evolution with the company's financial and regulatory objectives. * KPIs \& Reporting: Design and validate key metrics to measure financial health and data quality. * Data Governance: Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of financial information. * Executive Support: Generate data inputs and reports for senior management decision-making and regulatory bodies. **Profile Requirements:** Academic Background * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or Digital Transformation. * Desired certifications: Scrum Product Owner, Data Analytics, Corporate Finance. Professional Experience * Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, financial consulting, or data/analytics projects. * Proven experience in: * Implementation of financial and regulatory reporting projects. * Design and utilization of data models. * Integration of finance with technology (ERP, BI, Data Lakes, ETLs, etc.). * Working with agile development teams.
