Job Description **Role:** * Semi-Senior Quality Analyst **Role Description:** * At Q-Vision, we are looking for a Semi-Senior Quality Analyst for the Banco Mundo Mujer project. * The selected candidate will support the management of technical-functional requirements, validation of deliverables, documentation, and deployments, ensuring the quality of developments. * It is essential to reside in Popayán and have experience in the financial sector. **Requirements:** * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in **Analysis and Validation of Requirements.** * **Experience in the Financial Sector.** * **Experience with Bantotal (mandatory).** * **Desirable: knowledge of AS/400 (credit flows, workflow, transactions).** * **Functional analysis processes and requirements documentation.** * **Technical and functional validation of developments (technical reading, testing in development environment).** * **Management of test case matrices and backlog control.** * **Basic-Intermediate SQL (Oracle, SQL Server).** * **Familiarity with Java and JavaScript.** * **Use of Azure, DevOps (Boards, Pipelines), and ticketing systems.** * **Knowledge of CI/CD and validation of deployment scripts.** **Competencies:** * Effective communication and collaborative work. * Analytical focus and quality orientation. * Autonomy and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables. * Adaptability and openness to change. **Working Conditions:** * City: Popayán, Colombia. * Work Mode: Hybrid. * Contract Type: Indefinite term. * Salary: Negotiable according to experience. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. If you meet the profile and reside in Popayán, apply now and become part of the Q-Vision team!
