Act as the primary interface between project personnel and the client for any document control issues. Ensure all project documentation is accurately registered, managed and issued through the Electronic Document Management System. It is imperative that each project has an accurate database containing every revision of all documents/drawings issued on a project and captures all necessary metadata for each record, including all documents issued to each company throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** * Update electronically the information generated during contract execution. * Ensure the flow and control of correspondence processed by the project. * Verify and ensure contractor dossiers are ready for delivery to the client. * Ensure compliance with information policies, integrated management systems, and contractual document requirements. * Verify proper handling and availability of technical and management project documents in their latest versions. * Support consulting, engineering and construction activities related to assigned projects. * Perform activities indicated in the assignment letter when transferred to a project. * Foster a trusting environment with the client to effectively meet their requirements. **What will you bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** * Software, processes and tools: Aconex, SharePoint * Professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in information science, library and archival studies, administration, industrial engineering or administrative fields. * Essential B2 level English proficiency and preferably experience with Aconex. * Location: Bogotá (hybrid) If you require any **accessibility accommodation**, please do not hesitate to mention it in your application. **Moving forward together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
