We’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer** who can think strategically, design with craft, and thrive in an environment where technology, data, and design intersect. **What you’ll do:** * Lead the end\-to\-end design process across mobile and web platforms — from discovery and ideation to high\-fidelity design and handoff. * Use AI\-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and improve quality and consistency. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams — product managers, engineers, and AI specialists — to craft solutions that are both human\-centered and technically feasible. * Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align teams and stakeholders around shared goals. * Drive clarity through ambiguity, helping your team navigate complex problem spaces and shape direction with confidence. * Deliver pixel\-perfect interfaces and seamless user experiences, maintaining a high visual and interaction design standard. * Communicate design decisions effectively and ensure stakeholder alignment on the product vision and priorities. **What we’re looking for:** * 5\+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role. * A strong portfolio showcasing craft, systems thinking, and end\-to\-end product impact. * Proven track record working in cross\-functional teams in fast\-paced, collaborative settings. * Excellent communication and storytelling skills. * Passion for exploring how AI can enhance both the design process and the user experience. **Nice to have:** * Experience designing AI\-powered user experiences or integrating AI features into products. * Experience mentoring other designers and fostering a collaborative, learning\-oriented environment. **What we offer:** * We offer you attractive professional and educational opportunities, interesting technical projects, chances to engage with the latest technologies, and fun colleagues who make every online and offline event a treat; * Find out more about our company: https://careers.provectus.com/
