Furthermore, we seek individuals who have a cultural match with ours, respecting differences, collaborating, and being excellent team members. **Responsibilities:*** Support multiple teams and product operations and infrastructure. * Work closely with teams in the US and Brazil to ensure collaboration and communication. * Resolve tickets related to configuration, access, and troubleshooting of platform infrastructure. * Work on improvements to automate processes and ensure system reliability. * Assist in overcoming challenges related to continuous releases and ensuring high availability across multiple regions. **Requirements for this challenge:*** Solid experience with: Terraform. AWS (CloudFormation, CloudWatch, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Networking). Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker (containerization in general). Shell scripting. Jenkins. SQL.
