





**Academic Qualifications** * Technician or technologist in Systems, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields. * Desirable additional training in customer service or helpdesk tools. **Technical Skills** * Experience with ticketing systems (GLPI, OTRS, Freshdesk, etc.). * Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, cabling, connectivity). * Support for Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Installation and configuration of corporate software (Office, antivirus, browsers, etc.). * Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management. * Inventory and management of technological assets. **Personal Competencies** * Customer service orientation. * Effective communication. * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Teamwork. * Organization and follow-up. * Continuous learning and adaptability.
